Each system shares identical structural load limits, supporting axle capacities up to 45 tonnes (100,000 lbs) and wagon weights up to 180 tonnes (400,000 lbs). Designed to perform reliably in extreme conditions, all models feature built-in temperature compensation, operating effectively between -40°C and 80°C (-40°F to 180°F) in humidity levels ranging from 10% to 90% non-condensing, backed by an E2 electromagnetic rating. For seamless site integration and data management, every model features HTTP web interfaces, Modbus Ethernet or Serial communications, full compatibility with the Weighbridge Database Management System (WDMS), and essential core functionalities such as overload detection, over speed detection, and optional RFID wagon tagging.
